Pain

We associate delayed gratification with pain, and we should. But we also consider pain to be bad, and that is a mistake. Men and women of towering success befriend pain in one form or another. While the mediocre masses wander through history avoiding pain whenever possible, the heroes, leaders, legends, champions, and saints of every age befriend pain. You think of pain as an enemy; they think of it as a friend.

Not an easy thing to do, but I bet it's worth it. I'm tired of taking the easy way out. I want to be strong.

Back-ish...?

I'm bad at keeping up with things, especially this journal/blog stuff. Lately it's been worse, though. There are so many things I've started and have yet to finish. Even books! D; Never used to do that -.-" but I always seem to end up doing other things like working on designs and stuff.. not that I can do that right now because my CS5 free trial is over now ;__;. BUT I shall make goals! Before June 15th I'll try to finish reading Abhorsen! Actually I kinda have to.. because that's when it's due at the library lolz. I won't make it a priority to finish the other Garth Nix book (not a part of the trilogy) that I got. Then on to Mistborn! I had plenty of reading with me already but I guess I just like going to the library.. or going anywhere for that matter :T
Speaking of libraries... I've yet to hear back from the one I applied to for a position as a Library Page, dang. Really need a job -.-" I'll get on that, too. Time to go job hunting! ..except if I get a job, will they let me have 2 weeks off for the camp I already registered for in July? Gahh @_@ ..The camp to which I sent 4 t-shirt designs when I probably really only was supposed to send 1.. In hindsight, that probably wasn't such a good idea.. They're probably going to disqualify me lol "Take that, jerk! Trying to get an advantage over kids who are years younger than you and are only sending in one design like decent human beings!" Ah man.. now I really do feel like a jerk.. Too bad you can't take back e-mails x.x jfkdafap well anyways..
I also just started to re-watch Bleach (stopped watching a few years ago when a bunch of fillers started coming out)! :D Hehehe I forgot how funny it is.. and really cheesy at some parts xD. Rukia is awesome. Orihime is so cute ^^. Ichigo.. actually he's kind of annoying LOL.. in the beginning at least. But after being not so subtly hinted to start watching Bleach again by the brothers ever since I got home, I decided to start up...
So what exactly is the point of a blog? I have a feeling that if I just keep writing about me and what I'm up to, eventually it's going to get on my nerves. So maybe I should wait until I have something interesting to write about? Who am I even talking to!? LOL I don't think anyone keeps up with these anymore. Haha anyways.. must lern2blog.
